We are very pleased to be able to provide Oracle Primavera P6 planning services. Thanks to expert training provided by RPC UK, we can now combine this capability with our +23 years PM experience to provide an expert planning service to help you plan, monitor and report on your project activities, resources and costs using Primavera P6.
We can work with your team in order to ensure that the project plan is robust and fully exhaustive in terms of activities to be undertaken, sequencing, resources, responsibilities and budget.
Once we establish an acceptable project plan, we can monitor progress and report performance on a regular basis to help ensure you achieve project success. P6 allows us to accurately manage progress of the project, identify areas for improvement and propose alternative solutions and mitigations.

We are very proud to play our part in the MTR Crossrail family and to be recognised 2 years running for our contribution to the success of the business is enormously pleasing.
At their Annual 'Celebrating You' awards ceremonies held in Central London during April, MTR Crossrail recognize the value of their employees and suppliers in building the business and in achieving the standards that they set ourselves, to deliver a World Class Crossrail Operation.
We attended the ceremonies both last year and this and were delighted to be picked out amongst the extremely commended candidates to receive the following awards:
2017- Directors Award for our involvement as Interface Manager for the Crossrail On-Network Functional Requirements (ONFR) project for stations in the Anglia Route.
2018- Swiss Re Safety Award for our involvement with the DOO Safety Team, in ensuring that the safe operation of the newly installed DOO was optimized.
2018- Directors Award for our involvement in the mobilization and entry into service of the first new Crossrail Central Section Station to be brought into use at Abbey Wood.
Fantastic experience of managing the award winning project to tender the largest train operating franchise in the UK. This commercial transaction project for the DfT involved the bringing together of two existing, large train operations serving the north and south of London and beyond, to delivery a single operator that could manage the transitional operations of the Thameslink franchise. This set under a background of a department under stress from a previous competition debacle. We helped to understand and map a new and improved assurance and governance process that in turn delivered a robust competition.
Seconded into Network Rail, we managed two key aspects of the project to electrify the route between London and Bristol.
Firstly, Topographical and Geotechnical surveys were required of the existing bridge and station assets along the line of route in order to understand the full extent of design and works to prepare for the new rolling stock.
Secondly, station property alterations had to be planned at Bath Spa, Chippenham, Keynsham and Oldfield Park, including platform re-gauging, canopy alterations as well as the associated enabling permanent and temporary works.
We've been project manager for station improvement schemes for the London Overground operator for the last 3 years. From introduction of bridge replacements to systems renewals we've supported the successful delivery of capital investment projects across London.
It is a real privilege to be able to support MTR to deliver improvements to stations east of Livepool St station. We are helping by managing the many project interfaces and complex client relationships between MTR, Network Rail, Crossrail Ltd and TfL.
Good luck to everyone involved in the challenging bid for the Arriva bid for the London Overground concession. We were involved in managing the bidding process from June to December 2015 and it was an experience that we won't forget for a while.
